What is the delivery time of my order?
When you place an order with SiamDelights, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.
If this period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please send an email to info@siamdelights.nl. We will look into the status of your package for you.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service at info@siamdelights.nl.
Please include:
- Your name
- Your order number (e.g. #0000) from your confirmation email
- The reason for the return
We will provide you with the return address and confirm your return. After that, you can send the product back using a courier of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier you choose.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You always have a 30-day return period, starting from the day you receive your item.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The return period has not expired
- The product is in the original packaging with all labels attached
- The product has not been used
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, and iDEAL/Wero.

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order?
That shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@siamdelights.nl, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@siamdelights.nl.
Include:
- Your name
- Your order number (e.g. #0000)
- The reason for cancellation
